French Alps digest: festive lifestyle restaurants & latest openings

The festive ambiance of the French Alps has been greatly enriched by innovative restaurant concepts that adeptly blend high-quality gastronomic services with playful and vibrant clubbing atmosphere.

Every winter, players that operate venues near the Mediterranean see during summer migrate to the heights of the French slopes adapting their concepts to the mountains.

Each of them follows a checklist of criteria to ensure that their venue stands out above the rest, aiming to offer a unique and elevated experience:

  • Commitment into a creative architectural vision where art and design are keys: everything matters from the cocktail garnish to the display of the terraces, comfort of the lounges, type of cuisine, refined tableware, extensive Wine & Champagne list including large format offer

  • Fine dinning concepts that enhance customer dining experience often with unique signature dishes made by renowned or trendy Chefs playing with gastronomy codes to appeal to younger generations

  • Social Media trendsetters by mastering communication with buzzing videos involving skiing, partying, dining, enjoying the sun and celebrating life with a subtle mix between refinement and comedy

  • 360° customer vision involving Conciergerie services so that guests can enjoy elevated services like car and house rental, at home Wines and Spirits delivery, private ski lessons from and to the venue and more

  • Hybridation of F&B and retail concepts inside the venue such as small boutiques pop-ups showcasing jewelry, winter clothes, accessories and more

  • Elevated artistic program linked to the concept : trendy DJ lineup, Champagne and Spirits bottle shows with singers and performers

  • High level table services: Chefs de Rang, Sommeliers, Kitchen Chefs, Bartenders and Waiters with a tailored service for each client
